The hotel is in a lovely location next to Lake Louise Village and alongside a pretty river. The staff were very polite and attentive and the room was very comfortable. There was a cozy bar with an open fire, which had a great drink selection and snack plates. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and a swim in the pool and spa.

Location was great within walking distance to the local shops a nice little walk over a little bridge with a nice river running. Our room was nice and roomy. Great pool and spa. Free parking.
