Staff was extremely accommodating. From check in to check out. Great stay on our ride south. Easy to find, convenient, clean and very hospitable. Breakfast was nice and biscuits were fresh and tender with delicious gravy.

Breakfast selection was great. The eggs could be cooked a little more but they did the job. The only issue I had was when I booked the room I was under the understanding that I was booking a smoking room. Other than that we had no issues. The staff was great. Room was clean. Enjoyed our stay

Everything from Check in to Check out was easy and service was welcoming Room comfort and comfort and cleanliness was great. Breakfast included in the rate was warm, fresh, and fulfilling. What made a real Difference: I prefer black tea. There were plenty of high-quality herbal and other teas avaliable. I politely suggested to Dawn , the duty manager if they could consider adding black tea to available choices. She listened with empathy and Lo and Behold at the last Breakfast of our stay, ample quantity of black tea was available. This is called empathy , this is called true customer care.
