I reccomend this hotel for foreigners. I stayed two nights. I checked-in early and the staff accomodated me and prepared the room. They made sure I paid the price as advertised on the Booking app. Ilyra (I forgot how its spelt, sorry) is the fellow that stood out the most with his help. Easy to find, good accomodation.

Owner is cool, staff is friendly. Good location. There are restaurants street and supermarket.
