1) Check in can be smoother. When checking in, the staff at the reception was asking for an email from the managing team, which was not sent before hand, but when we asked while we arrived. 2) Lots of emails regarding different information, appreciated, but if the information can be sent out in one email to be efficient. 3) two nights stay but we were provided two rolls of toilet paper only, which is not enough. 4) balcony tables and chairs and benches are not ready for use, as they are dirty. 5) Two little bottles of shampoo and shower gels are not enough. We have paid more than 100 euros per night, I expect it to be better.

The description of the apartment complex and pictures of the units are accurate. The building is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, the bus terminal, the train station, and the grocery store. We walked everywhere (i.e., we did not rent a car). There is a farmer's market every Wednesday and Saturday located close to the bus terminal, fruits & vegetables are abundant and the prices are extremely reasonable. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit for 4 weeks. It's spacious enough for 2 adults. The neighbourhood was quiet during our stay. The kitchen is a bit small but worked out fine. I prepared and cooked meals for our entire stay. The old city center is very close and entirely walkable. You will find many cafes and restaurants in the old city center. You can pick up the boardwalk across from the fire station just outside the old city limits and walk along the ocean coast towards Porto Mos for some stunning views.

Great location, clean, fully equipped. Washer was a bit confusing but youtubed how to operate.
