Staff were friendly & accommodating and would cater to our requests. They also arranged free transport to & from the ferry terminal.

Within an hour of booking my stay, I was contacted by the hotel's staff asking if I needed free shuttle transport from the ferry terminal. Turns out they provide free shuttle to and from and terminal. All the staff were unfailingly polite and cheerful. The bed was comfortable and the room large. The onsite spa was good value too.
