I stayed at Villa Saudade with nine friends, and our experience was exceptional. David, the host, was incredibly accommodating with our last-minute check-in. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with beers, snacks, and fresh pastel de nata, a thoughtful and generous gesture that set the tone for our stay. David took the time to explain all the useful details about the house, which was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you plan to enjoy some time relaxing at home during your holiday. Do not hesitate to ask David for local tips, his suggestions were extremely helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable.

Fantastic accommodation. Immediate response when we had any issues. Added extras like welcome hamper, beers in the fridge, toilet rolls, coffee, washing detergent, washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels. It just felt like they thought of everything. Couldn't fault it. Place is stunning. We paid extra to heat the pool but it was the best money spent as we had children with us and they never left the pool.

David was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and clearly passionate about the property. The house was beautiful and catered well to our group size. The outside area with trampoline, hammock, football goals etc. was a highlight for our children and offered lots of opportunities for play and exploration outside of the swimming pool. The welcome basket from David was a lovely touch and he offered lots of advice on the area, local supermarkets etc. The property is secluded and quiet but a short distance to everything we needed including Slide & Splash. We did have hire cars but we also used Ubers very easily to and from the villa. It was a fantastic base for our family holiday and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Saudade.

Great stay in a great villa. Communicate was easy and a very clean villa. Great stocked kitchen for making meals. Pool towels provided and welcome pack of goodies. We will return.
