The staff was nice; we stayed in a ok room the first night, and to our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to a deluxe 2-br suite overlooking the… pool.

Excellent value for money. The young man working at the reception in the morning is a top-level professional—reliable, friendly, a great problem solver, and always wearing a warm smile. He even remembered my girlfriend’s birthday and surprised us with a bottle of wine as a gift. Breakfast is truly complete and delicious, definitely up to four-star standards. Since we arrived early in the morning, we were kindly offered breakfast without being charged any extra. The pillows are comfortable, and the shower has excellent water pressure.

The Best Hotel Ever! Amazing friendly, and helpful staff, especially Makis, who welcomed us with drinks! During our stay, we lost a few things and each time he made extra effort to find them in the hotel. All our requests were addressed straight away! The hotel is pristine clean, every way you look, someone will be cleaning something! The pool area and sun loungers are jet washed every night. The breakfast is amazing, including continental, English and Greek delicacies. I asked a waiter about a delicious cake and he even found me a recipe for it. I can't stop praising the staff who are extremely professional including reception, bar and pool bar, housekeeping and maintenance - they all perform to the highest standards. We had a deluxe triple room which had everything you need. Additionally the hotel is located a walking distance to all the shops, beach and a few minutes drive to the airport and Zakynthos town. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant stay or some party in the nearest clubs and pubs.
