We were 13 people and we understood that we were a little bit louder sometimes but the hosts were not angry, very nice people. Bonus - cute dog and cats. We received an extra bed for a person that came with us unexpectedly, besides the initial reservation. We paid for it. Very good AC, perfect for the hot summer days.
