We stayed three nights. The house is very spacious, great to have three bedrooms and large living space downstairs. Also a washing machine useful and air conditioning was strong. Beds were very comfortable. Located close to a nice beach and there was a welcoming beach bar, Solar, and the bar owner Martin kindly helped us arrange a boat trip. The host was responsive and sent a handyman when there were issues.

The location of the beach house is absolutely stunning. Around 40 metres to the beach. The beach is without any more tourists except you. The house was clean and stylish with a lot of helpful accessories. Looking forward to come back one day.

This beautiful apartment looks like its taken from some hollywood movie set, yet it perfectly fits in the local environment (not like some new concrete buildings around). The beach is approximately 50 meters away with nice beach bar with drinks, food and thai massages runned by super-friendly owner. The kitchen is almost fully equiped just with no dishwasher. To be honest we didnt need it, since we ate outside all the time. ACs are in the bedrooms, one situated in the first floor, two on the second. Theres no AC in the living room, but with a lot of electric fans, so it wasn’t a big problem for us since we spent most of the time outside and you dont need AC during night or rain imho. There is a nice little pool where you can cool yourself and two bathrooms, one outside the building one inside. I do recomend to rent a car/scooter since its not situated in much populated area. The price for this is almost empty beaches with beautiful sunsets. Our experience from this appartment was just fantastic, we are looking forward to return to spend some more time there. If you are looking for a quiet place where you will recharge yourself, it is a perfect place.

cozy little house with authentic Thai style, it was close to the beach (walk time 1min) which was also very quite and secluded, very different from other koh samui parts! the jacuzzi is a plus to cool down and the owner is lovely
