I had only one night on Vancouver island so I wanted somewhere with a nice view. This place has a great view overlooking the water, with other islands and mountains in the background. As someone else mentioned, there are powerlines that detract a little from the view, but it was lovely to watch the sunset and sunrise. The rooms are very spacious and the bathtub was a welcome treat. The place is spotlessly clean and not too far to drive to the very quaint little town of Ladysmith. You could walk to one set of shops but the town would be a fair hike. Self check in was easy and the host made sure we had everything we needed.

Loved the view. Kitchen had everything we needed plus extra little things. Home away from home vibes. We had a stay cation and it was worth it! Communication with host was amazing! Loved the self check-in/check-out

fabulous view, lovely modern furnishings and decor, super spacious. Well appointed - everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and entire apartment, even childrens dinnerware and cutlery. Comfy beds, big shower.
