The fine print
Please note that room service is available from 08:00 until 23:00.The wellness area includes an indoor swimming pool, an indoor relaxation room, an outdoor hydromassage and an outdoor sauna.
The wellness area is open from 10:00 to 20:00 for all people over the age of 14, with the exception of the external hydromassage which is available from 12:00.
For children between the ages of 5 and 13, access is only permitted to the swimming pool and only from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm in the presence of an accompanying adult.
The relaxation room of the wellness center, the outdoor hydromassage and the sauna are reserved for guests aged 14 and over.
Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the swimming pool or spa area.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The room was lovely and the staff were all ever helpful and kind. The spa was great and very clean and always open. The shuttle to and from the slopes was amazing after a hard day skiing a few drinks.

I really enjoyed my time there. The food was great; I looked forward to each meal. The wellness area was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The ski room was convenient and made it easy to get ready for skiing. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a difference during our stay. Plus, the location is nice and quiet, yet it's just a short walk to the ski lift. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Snug bar, comfy room , great breakfasts and a shuttle to the lifts, although it's not far to walk!

Overall a lovely hotel with great facilities, very comfortable rooms that could be separated into separate rooms. Spa and treatments were excellent and the staff were very friendly
