We stayed at The Poet for one night. Our room was very clean and ideal for a one night stay. I presume that we would have been given a larger and slightly more comfortable room if our stay was for longer. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. The hotel is in an excellent location, approximately 6 or 7 minutes walk from the railway station, and within 10 minutes walk of the Marina and central La Spezia.

We liked the funky interior and artwork and design. It had a lot of personality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent.
