We chose this rental for 3 nights in august to visit Cinque Terre. Great location, a few minutes from the train station and 2 minutes from the main pedestrian street in the center (you can see it from the balcony). There is a traditional market nearby where we bought fresh vegetables, pesto, focacia, burata and mozzarella. From Mercato Nord station we took the bus to Porto Venere (bus 11 or P, ticket from newspaper stand, 2.5 e per person). The train to any city in Cinque Terre is 5 euro per person, you can buy tickets very easy also online on trenitalia.com, but remeber to check in the tickets. You can take any train, not just the 5 terre express. Chiara is a good host, she met us at the apartment, gave us a tour and told us some things about the area. There are lots of broshures left in the hollway. The apartment is spacious, living, kitchen, bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, one smaller and one bigger with a balcony. There is an ac in every room. You can find a dishwasher (with a few capsules) and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with enough stuff, including a coffee machine Bialetti with capsules that we appreciated. The apartment is on the second floor and there is a small lift you can use.
