This is a great place to stay , 10-15 minutes walk to central train station, plenty of restaurants around, and has all the facilities. Air-conditioning, washing machine, ironing, etc .

Good location. Good size apartment for 3 people. In the center of La Spezia, close to public transport. Good facilities in the apartment: kitchen, airport. There is an elevator if needed (apartment is in the 1st floor)

Such a nice place with great location and view on the square. Tidy and clean. The best value for money. Definitely worth to stay here. 10 min walk to train station, plenty of restaurants and shops.
