Everything was perfect for both rooms Mykonos and Milos. Rooms are exactly like in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The apartments are located near the train station, like 10-15 minutes by foot and also near to the city centre where you have a lot of restaurants to choose from. Francesco, the host, was very polite and easy to communicate with and during the entire stay he wrote to make sure that everything was in order and that we didn't miss anything. On the first day, I had water in the minibar (I greatly appreciated it because it was very hot outside and I didn't know the area yet) plus a coffee machine with capsules, tea, sugar, etc. Every morning, around 10 a.m., the cleaning lady came, who was, by the way, very kind.

The flat is located near the La Spezia Centrale, about 10 mins, on a hill so the last 5 mins you have to walk uphill. It's near the centre, shops, restaurants and bus stops. It's new and clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a nice view, window in the room and in the bathroom, too. There was a well working A/C and wi-fi, there was a fridge and a coffee machine. The owner asked if we need cleaning of the room and changing towels after a couple of days too. He was in touch every day, asking if we needed anything. The beds and pillows were fine. The place was great for a stay.

. The apartment was relatively clean. . The owner was very fast in replying and helpful (we had an emergency and he helped us find open pharmacies) . The coffee machine stop was an excellent addition. . The beds were very comfortable. . The owner was very flexible with our check in time (we had to check in early), and even in check out we were a bit late and it still was no problem. . The apartment was close to train station.

The room and bathroom were a great size! It had a kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge which came super handy for us. The location is super close to the station (although up a hill, so if you have mobility issues might not be the right place) but also close to the main part of town. There are supermarkets nearby and Francesco was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much effort for him. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend and come back again!
