The stay on the " New House" was pretty nice. The place was very clean and had everything you need for a pleaseant stay. It is located really near to a Train station, so to reach la Spezia City Center or Cinque Terre is quite easy. Lisa and Silvia were very communicative/friendly and were ready to provide any information. Highly recommended!

Spacious, well equipped. Homely. Has a garden and everything you need to live, cook etc. We felt that great care and thought had been put into this place, to provide everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. Parking is on the road outside, but you should find a space. The hosts communicated well and met us when we arrived, helped me park and showed us round. Lovely people. It was easy enough to find the local train station, a couple of minutes walk away. Fewer trains from there so we easily found the no .3 bus using Google maps, and took that to the stazione centrale to get regular trains. Lots of helpful maps and info in the apartment.

The apartment was spacious and very good. The hosts were extremely good with their communication. An excellent apartment.
