Top location, near everything. It was so easy to reach the place. The bathroom is so spacious and beautiful.And the whole place is new furnished and very very comfy. we loved that. Also we had a really wonderful breakfast. Should we go to Spezia some other time we would stay there again.

Great location 15 minutes walk to the ferry, supermarket 1 minutes, public transport super close too. The welcoming staff was so lovely, enthusiastic and informative. The room and bathroom was clean, had enough room, airconditioning, cupboard, fridge. Breakfast was good and made us full. Parking spot was €15, they showed it personally where to park so no confusion. It was 1 minute walk from the accomodation. Highly recommend!
