The apartment is close to the train station (5 - 10 min on foot), which is perfect for reaching the national park Cinque Terre. The apartment is nice, it also has nice decorations. It looks like in the photos. In the bedroom, there is also a retractable mosquito net, which is perfect when you want to sleep havind the terrace-door open. Another cosy thing is that there is no big lamp for the whole room, just the local ones, which makes a nice atmosphere (see the picture of the bedroom). In the kitchen part, we appreciated the lighting on the ceiling above the fitted kitchen. You can find all necessary utensils in the kitchen. Regarding the communication, it's quite clear, including the info about additional fees when you e.g. need more time for the check-out, or if you want to come earlier; although I agree with one of the earlier comments that you get a lot of rules, and not everybody likes it. But if you don't care, it's alright.

Close to the train station, clean, well equipped kitchen, good facilities. It was a nice stay, as we were there to visit 5T and we only used the apartment every night, from late in the evening till early in the morning.

The apartment was so spacious and immaculately clean! The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances you’d need for stay. It’s a 10 minute walk to La Spezia Centrale and maybe 15 minutes walk from the harbour. There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants in the area. The double bed was so comfortable! Plenty of storage in the bedroom too. Clorinda the host was so helpful and friendly and provided clear instructions and stayed in contact for any questions throughout or stay. I’d highly recommend Il posto giusto and would stay again!
