Nice clean accommodation in La Spezia, a short walk from Migliarina station. Nearby large supermarket and small shops. The owner was very nice and great at communication. The equipment of the accommodation was great, including the air conditioner.

A good size apartment for two people in a quiet area, close to transport (bus 3 mins away and train 10 mins away that takes you to the Cinque Terre area) and some eateries, including a very good gelato place and pizzeria next door to that. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. Kitchen is somewhat modern and we had almost everything we needed. Within 10 mins walking you'll also find Esselunga (supermarket) and within 2 minutes there is a laundromat (6 euros for one load). The WiFi is stable as well, which was important to us as we were working from there. There was also a desk for a workplace. The staff was quick to respond to any inquiries.
