Big spacious apartment, Aircon was great. Kitchen space was good for those staying a few days. Shower pressure was good.

It's an old flat but perfectly equipped for a stay of a few days, including kitchen equipment. Close to train station and a 20/ 25 minutes walk straight down to the old town and port. Restaurants and supermarket just nearby. We didn't meet the host but he was very nice and helpful through WhatsApp and gave us recommendations on things to do in the area!

Great stay. A Cafe down the block. Some minimarts 10 min walk. Train was 10 min walk away to get to Cinque Terre. Every convenience provided. Quiet building. Elevator. Apartment all to yourself. Washer. Cutlery, shampoo, body wash, soap and detergent to use. Lots of info/pamphlets left by owners for recommendations. Very easy to communicate.

This apartment is exactly as you see it in pictures. It was very clean and the hosts really friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. It is located in a very central area of La SPEZIA, very close to the main train station. It has supermarkets around the area and other places to eat as well. It provides everything. I was really satisfied from my staying. I strongly recommend it. Grazie Andrea e Gabriella!
