We had a wonderful stay in La Spezia at Casa Anna-Maria. The hosts, Anna-Maria and Giancarlo, are incredibly friendly and interesting people — spending time with this lovely couple was a true pleasure. All our requests were taken care of immediately. The apartment is decorated with artistic taste, yet it’s very practical and comfortable. The location is perfect for sightseeing, and having secure parking in the courtyard is a big plus in La Spezia. We recommend it!🤍🤍🤍

Fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful hosts. The place is fully equipped with 5star level facilities. Very tasteful decor. Parking is a great bonus.

very clean and comfortable with large enough space for us (2 adults & 2 kids), good 3 star or 4 star hotel level bed and sofabed, new air conditioners, safe private parking in the house property, standard equipped kitchen, nearly city centre location with supermarket/gas station/bus stop/tabacchi/restaurant in 5-10 min walk distance, and very kind caring owner couple.

The apartment was even bigger than on the photos. Full equipped, and very quiet. Super nice garden. Own parking behind fence. Super friendly host.
