the apartment is spacious and very bright. The shops are close and it is nice to be able to go to the market every day if you want fresh products. To visit Genova, Pise or Le Cinqueterre you can tale train or hile.

This is an exceptional property. Large, clean rooms with plenty of kitchen utensils and cleaning products. Very close to La Spezia Centrale too for trains to Cinque Terre, Pisa etc. Would highly recommend.

Great location in La Spezia, very close to the train station if you want to travel to the Cinque Terre villages (maybe 10 minutes walking), and also very close to the old town (also max 10 minutes). There was a beautiful view of the hills from the balcony too. The apartment itself was very comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for cooking at home. Check in was very easy with clear instructions and photos sent by the owners in advance. They were also available to message if we had any problems, but everything went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

everything! It’s been the best accommodation on this trip so far. It was roomy, well equipped, decent tv, modern & comfortable beds etc Only a 10 minute walk to the station in an elevated position with a mountain vista. great value for money, I’ll be back!
