Very central (5 min walking to station and 10 min walking to promenade) Has all amenities needed for a short stay (up to 1 week) Friendly host Quiet and chill place to recharge

Location was good - a short walkable distance to the main restaurant/shop streets, as well as the train station.

It was clean and close to the train station. Big and nice room.
