We had an issue with our room with some moldy smell in it and communicating with the manager she agreed to move us into another room although the hotel was pretty busy. This resulted in free of charge upgrade of the room, although we didn't care that much since we used it only to sleep over since we were sightseeing during the day. But the new room didn't have any bad smell therefore we were happy and grateful.

The coffee making facility was great, free breakfast was very nice as was the seating area, the room was nice, clean and had everything i needed.
