The hotel is in a great location and my room was perfect. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly the whole stay and the stuff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!!

The staff is just wonderful, the women working in the reception are super helpful and kind, they also changed our room as we had some issues with ours. The location is perfect, very close to the witches' market.

So clean and well designed! Probably my favourite hotel I’ve stayed in in South America so far! Also great breakfast with real coffee in different strengths.
