There was hot water in the shower and the beds were comfortable. View from our room was amazing. A lot of blankets available in the closet and we also had a heater.

Location is great, very close to Plaza Murillo. My room had an amazing view on the city. Bedroom and bathroom are also spacious. Staff is nice and the breakfast with a view is another good touch.

The staff were very helpful. I had to be admitted to hospital during my stay, and remained as an in-patient after my check-out date. The staff understood the situation, and arranged to pack up my things and have them waiting for me after I was discharged from hospital. Everything worked in the room, though it was and felt a bit basic
