The fine print
In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.Please note that guests with local IDs are requested to contact the property in advance of their stay.

Great location, near beach, shops ,restaurants. The bungalow was very clean , much bigger than I thought, and has everything you would need while holidaying here. Rosario was an excellent host, such a lovely and attentive person. Thank you, Rosario & family . Highly recommended

Great host - attentive and warm personality. It’s a house with 3 bedrooms and I was alone so I felt very comfortable. Kitchen with all appliances etc. Close to the beach and easy parking.

The location is great, everything is just around the corner. The beach is fantastic, just a short walk away. Lovely place to stay, very clean and well kept. Rosario and her family are lovely, nothing is to much trouble. Very contactable should any queries arise. The parking is on the road but no problem to park this time of year. It felt safe as it is a nice part of town.
