It was perfect place to stay as family. We were 4 of us. It has everything you need. It is close to the beach and close to the town. We like it there.

We had a wonderful vacation in La Caletta thanks, among other things, to this apartment. It has a great location in a quiet, newly-built prosperous residential area. The beach is a ten minute walk. A good supermarket with almost exclusively local food and beverages is just 200 meters away. Another one, also a good one, is downtown. The apartment has everything a family is looking for: two bedrooms (the adult one is very spacious; the other one has two beds and you can have an extra crib), a bathroom and a large living room with a kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine – a blessing if you are travelling with young children. The well-equipped kitchen has a large gas stove, a large fridge and many cupboards with all sorts of cooking utensils and china. There is also a large balcony/veranda with another large table. We had most of our meals and spent much time there. The owner, Marco, was accommodating and responsive. We would love to have had a detailed instruction in English or German on how to sort the garbage. The way they do it in Italy is very different from Germany. Again, the great advantage of this flat for family people or those who want some peace and quiet is that it is in a new, quiet and well-off residential area. La Caletta itself has a strategic location on the Costa Smeralda. A bus ride to a charming village Santa Lucia to the south is only 10 minutes. We went on foot with a stroller to the great beach in the nearby San Giovanni di Posada to the north several times. It took about 35 minutes. Great nature there. Amazing sandy beaches all around La Caletta are perfect for children. All in all, we have had a great stay and would be glad to come back.
