People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel.Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Fantastic lodging! We were in the "La Cucarronera", a lodging that is quite similar to the Hobbit's house (with a ceiling grass and a big rounded door); it includes a great outdoor jacuzzi with a tremendous view of the mountains and nature, along with a chime, heat, and comfortable furniture for resting, conversation, and sharing with your family, friends, or couple (highly recommended for couples). All the food was delicious, and the menu was perfect for vegetarians (we especially loved the lentil soup and Spanish tart). All staff members were very kind and helpful, and the host was also very kind. They informed us about the reforestation program and the environmental responsibility of the place: nice! The fee for this lodging is expensive, but it is worth it for all the services and comfort they offer.

The tree house is a dream. It is an amazing and very comfortable cabin, and has a fantastic view over the mountains (and the countless colibris and butterflies). The Yoga class by Simona was great, as was the boxing class (sorry I did not catch the name of the instructor). The super-friendly dogs were excellent guides on our walks - and, of course, Lola stole our hearts…
