Customer service was outstanding, polite&professional, ready to deliver. Absolutely convenient location to quick access key points of the town - baths, gallery, restaurants. 40 mins from door to top of the Hisarlaka Hill! Tip: free hot mineral water well just around the corner.

This is a perfect, no-frills hotel to stay in Kyustendil. If you need a very clean place to spend the night, this is it. Note for those eat-all-you-can people - the hotel does not offer breakfast, save for coffee and some small treats. The hotel has it's own private parking, which is a big plus. Nice and friendly staff.

The hotel has a pleasant fragrance and is very clean. The room is standard-sized but comfortable for three people, with a balcony. The floor isn't cold even during winter. The bathroom is clean and nice. Room have basic facilities like a kettle, cups provided.

What a lovely hotel. If you just need a room with facilities then this new, clean, welcoming venue is for you. It located just five minutes from the center. There are three floors but no lift, the mountain view was amazing. We will definitely return.
