We had an absolutely unforgettable family stay at Cratos Hotel — if we could give more than 10 stars, we absolutely would! From the very beginning, we were welcomed with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Yavuz, whose leadership and attention to detail made everything run so smoothly. Ms. Gözde at the reception greeted us with such kindness and professionalism — she made check-in a breeze and set the tone for a great experience. And we can’t say enough about Ms. Özlem from guest relations, who went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect. Her thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. Our rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for the whole family. The food was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety for both adults and kids. We also enjoyed the beach club and the lively entertainment, which kept every day exciting and fun. Thank you again to the entire Cratos team. You gave us beautiful memories as a family, and we can’t wait to come back!

The spa, swimming pool, gym and spa facilities were great and the staff were very friendly and nice and location was perfect. We had a room upgrade thanks to Yavus.

The hotel room, a suite was fantastic. A lovely large balcony. Breakfast and lunch experienced on the terrace. The room was very hot but Berke managed to get the fan put on which helped. There was a fantastic range of drinks in the minibar. The food at meal times was excellent with a wide range of choice. Gozde at reception was also helpful to ensure that my stay met all of the expectations.
