Customer service was really good, we took the wrong bus one day and came back late, the front desk staff still managed to pick us up.

Friendly staff and lovely family run onsen. Not many visitors in the middle of May so we had onsen for ourselves. The whole family really enjoyed the experience. Peaceful and quite location. The owners organised a transfer to and from the bus station for us.

Pretty close to city centre (around 1 hr by bus) considering it is in the countryside, the environment around is quiet and nice. Food was fresh and they give you a lot 😋 Onsen was super relaxing, and there’s a cute dog at the entrance!!!! 🐶
