Guests must make the payment via Square within the instructed date or guest reservations may be cancelled.Check-in instructions: the hotel staff will meet guests at the Gojo street Lawson convenience store, lead them to the townhouse and hand over the key.Check-in is available after 15:00. If you wish to store luggage before check-in, please inform the property in advance.Please notify the property if you plan to check in after 19:00.For more information, please contact the hotel directly.Please note guests cannot shorten their stay after checking in. By taxi: The townhouse is located 2 kilometres (approximately a 10-minute taxi ride) from Kyoto Station. Please tell the taxi driver to go to 'Gojo-Omiya-Nishi-Iru'. Go to the Lawson convenience shop on Gojo street.By public transportation: take the JR San-in-Line to Tanbaguchi Station. From the station, walk eastwards for about 10 minutes, until you find Lawson convenience shop on Gojo street.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

We enjoyed our stay in Tsumugi inn. The host is very nice, kind and accomodating. It is a traditional house which is very clean with complete facilities. It is near a convenience store and a supermarket. Will definitely stay here when we visit Kyoto again.

Very central, we reached everything we wanted to visit easily. The Owner is very helpful with everything and speaks perfect english! There's a Lawson right around the corner. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to come again if we so happen to be in Kyoto again!
