Great atmosphere, excellent staff, possibility to rent comics for free. Very kind old lady on the reception, she was very helpful all the time.

Rooms very super clean, hotel provided lots of amenities, free coffee and drinks and location was very convenient, pretty much very close to centre. Room itself had its own bathroom, had nice view and felt good in overall. Reception has very generous amount of manga books on the wall.

I really liked the location (close to the Nijo castle, metro still within walking distance and many grocery shops are very close), easy check-in and check-out, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the mini-kitchen in the lobby and the little toiletries always available. The manga collection is also fascinating - unfortunately I didn't have time to read it.
