Location was very good, bus from the Kyoto station stops just in front of the hotel. Convenient store was in the next door. Train to go to Bamboo forest is also in the walking distance. Hotel room was very clean and staff was very kind. All speaks English well, so no problem of communication.

The room and all facilities were super clean. The hotel is located right in the heart of Kyoto, 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, including a 7-11 shop right downstairs

Good location generally, but about 1km from the nearest subway. Rooms were nice, clean and good facilities. There was a self service laundry, which was very handy.

Don’t have a single bad thing to say. Location was excellent !! Was easy for us to get anywhere. 7-11 right next door !! They helped us with our luggage forwarding. Hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was exceptional. I appreciated it so much after experiencing tiny uncomfortable bathrooms at other hotels in Japan.
