It's a beautiful modern hotel with friendly staff. Especially the drivers of the free shuttle from the train station, they were so nice and kind! Rooms are not big which is typical for Japan but everything was clean and modern and the shower was amazing! They also have 2 washing machines which is super useful if you've been travelling for longer and need to do some washing.

Personal is super friendly and helpful. Shuffle bus from kyoto station is great and thanks to that this location is also great for trips. Also we really liked private spa.
