Shirasagi at Kyoto is a beautiful place, conveniently located by the river with easy access to the city centre, market and many sightseeing locations. The house is elegantly decorated, offering a balance between modern and traditional Japanese design, it was spotless clean and provided everything one might need for a short stay in Kyoto. We particularly enjoyed the view of the river from the living room and the full sized Koto instrument that decorated the lobby area. Excellent communication with the hostess who also welcomed us in person on our arrival date.

Comfortable beds and warm bedrooms and we sleep like a baby . The property is very clean and with full amenities. Owner is very responsive and attentive to our needs.
