Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The booking can only be guaranteed within check-in hours.The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.The on-site parking is available upon a surcharge. Parking is provided in first-come, first served basis due to limited availability.

Please note that you cannot take your car out of the parking lot during your stay.Reservations of 3 rooms or more may not be accepted.If you wish to send luggage or mail to the property prior to your arrival, please fill out your name and check-in date on each item. Please note that the property cannot store items requiring refrigeration. Up to 5 items per reservation can be stored for free.Please note that children 12 years and younger cannot be accommodated at the property. Adult rates are applicable to children 13 years and older. Please contact the property for more details.Amenities and towels are changed and replenished daily. Sheets and loungewear will be changed every 4 days during cleaning hours.
For guests staying 4 nights or more, the room will be cleaned by our cleaning staff every 4 days.Due to the inspection of electrical equipment as required by law, all electronic equipment, including elevators, lighting, air conditioning, internet, etc. will be unavailable on the following date: 27 January, 2025, 12:00 - 2:00 p.m..Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

We liked the location. Central and directly next to a metro station. Easy to walk there from the central station. We liked to balcony, but on sunny afternoons an umbrella would be nice. One free happy hour drink in the evening.

Train station right at hotel entrance and 10-15 min walk to Kyoto main station. Free welcome drink each night and coffee/tea facilities. Bathhouse within hotel which unfortunately did not have time to use. Laundry facilities available to use. Staff were very helpful. There is also an area with massage chairs. All facilities come with hotel stay.

Great place to stay in Kyoto. Good location.. Public Bath experience was amazing.. Highly recommended ! They have massage chairs in the lobby, you can relax well there.
