Lenka “It's a perfect place to stay in Kyoto”

Shimpei has a lovely house with everything you need for your stay - kitchen with a lot of equipment for cooking, brewing coffee or tea, washing machine, etc. The house is in a very nice location (outside of touristy places, which we really enjoyed), with convenient stores and restaurants around, and very close to public transport or easily to commute by bicycle almost anywhere, as Kyoto is very bikable city. And Shimpei is a very friendly host with a lot of tips for you. If we have a chance to come again to Kyoto, this will be a place for us to stay again!

Facilities were labelled nicely and the owner came to greet us at the property, where he showed us around and explained how to use the appliances. He messaged beforehand to see our preference for the bed layout.

Location is very convenient. Kyoto is not the easiest city to travel around - all key sightseeings are spread around the city. This house location lets to travel around easily. The house itself is very nice, large kitchen with all amenities, good bathroom, nice beds and tatami. A place on the open air to sit in the evening. Shimpei is just a perfect host! Very nice person to talk to!
