Great location, literally 1 min walk from Kyoto station. Laundry facilities were convenient. Also had onsen some of our friends tried and loved. Nice queen sized bed. Free coffee nearly all day long.

Very well located, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Rooms small but management, free tea and coffee available until 11 pm. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location was very good. close to the station which is what we wanted. Breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of variety for both local and western tastes. Dining was also good value but menu was limited
