Eventhough there was no one attending at the counter (our mistake though cuz we arrived a bit earlier than expected) but the one on shift that time managed to make our check-in experience as smooth as she can. with all the facilities especially the free luggage storage for us (this is a plus point) even after we checked out we are allowed to use this facility. Another plus point for a mom like me, free washer and dryer and nice smell of detergent capsules!
