The property was beautifully appointed and traditional in style. The staff were very attentive and looked after all of our needs. We had an amazing Sukiyaki dinner as well as breakfast and were treated like we were the only people there. Fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful time during the stay in Kyoto. The team makes you feel at home and the professional and courteous service is second to none. The immersion in local cuisine and traditions was a great experience and made the stay a once in a lifetime type journey.
