Room is clean and they have all the supplies and even extras at the lobby. Location is nice and quiet. We were on the 2nd floor so it was also bright. Also has a map for local recommendations as well. Feels just like home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Naganoya Kyoto! The room was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal—situated in a tranquil neighbourhood yet perfectly placed for exploring Kyoto’s main attractions. A highlight was the fantastic wall filled with hand-picked tips for local restaurants, bars, shops, and services—it genuinely enriched our experience of the area. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended when visiting Kyoto!

The environment and cleanliness of the room. There's a small balcony where we can dry our clothes after washing. Also there's cafe and restaurant nearby where they serve good food. Very near to Nijo Castle.
