It' s a Hostel and it's CLEAN. I liked the environment, there is space to cook, there are all the facilities that you can find in the hotel, a very good coffee machine and a very relaxing atmosphere. It's cozy. It's less than 4 min walking from the station. ps. they disinfect the slippers every day.

location was very close to the train station and bus stop . The area is beautiful but everything shuts down by 7 so keep that in mind . Arashiyama is a beautiful area and I would recommend to at least spend a night . The staff at the hostel was very sweet and helpful and even helped me in taking my big suitcase up the first floor
