Great location close to Sanjo stayion, Gion area, Kamo river, all just a short walk around the corner. The room was spaceous, comfortable and clean and the hotel staff very nice and helpful, who also supported with receiving and sending our luggage from / to our next location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely and the room was compact but comfortable. It was great to have a washing machine (laundry liquid provided) and the dryer fans in the bathroom worked well. We liked that the bathroom and toilet were in the hall and not directly off the kitchen/living like some other properties. We found the location to be quiet but central. There are plenty of convenience stores and a larger supermarket nearby.

Great location, only 2 minutes from subway and train station but also near center. Room is big enough, have small kitchen and for small additional amount you can rent kitchen amenities. I higly recommend this hotel for stay in Kyoto.
