First of all, it’s about the price and quality, as well as the excellent staff. We discussed and clarified everything in advance. Additionally, the old-style design really made us feel like we were in Kyoto. It was a bit chilly, but knowing that it’s common during winter in Japan, it was fine. I recommend it, and there are also some nice cafes nearby.

They have the longest guest manual but it turned out very helpful during our stay. We easily got to know how to use all household appliances. Beautiful garden. Overall, a nice cozy traditional home that we miss a lot. Really hope to come back one day.

Very clean and spacious property. Great communication and clear instructions given by the hosting team. Very close to Kyoto station and to the bus station.
