excellent location. subway entrance is just outside. walkable distance to major kyoto attractions. staff behaviour was very pleasant and welcoming. allowed me to checkin late and kept my belongings after checkout. very value for money

The property is located close to so many attractions. The host is very professional and friendly. The atmosphere in the rooms is great for socialising and the cleanliness and amenities are top notch. Definitely would stay here if visited again
