Front desk staff was very friendly. Mr. Khan is very nice and helpful. Very good location on main downtown shopping area. Close to subway and bus stations. All convenient stores are nearby.

Location was great, close to metro station and also bus stop just across from the hotel. Laundry rooms were available in 3 different floors. Has a beautiful entrance way to the hotel.

The hotel is located in a lively area, close to the metro, to attractions. Everything seemed to be fine, but the devil was in the details!
