Really nice hotel with helpful staff. Really impressive entrance lobby. Largest room we had on our trip to Japan. Lots of amenities in the room.

Reception staff were very polite, friendly and spoke good English. Our room was very large with a separate seating area. The bathroom was also large with both a bath and separate shower. There was an underground car park which was convenient. The hotel was a short walk from the Kyoto subway system and only a few stops from Kyoto Station. Only 5 minutes walk to the shopping district with many places to eat.

The room was large, well equipped and staff are excellent. Location of the hotel is very central. The breakfast caters for both western and asian customers.
