Good location for local transport. Our accommodation was spacious, clean, lovely big bed & TV ( no English channels!). Great bath & shower set room. Seating/sofa area too. Good choice.

Lovely large bedroom with attached living area & sofa. 2 TV’s in the room & everything you need to enjoy your stay. Kettle & coffee maker, toiletries. Nice bath & shower room, separate toilet & also dressing room.

I want to leave the highest rate for this place, and I truly believe that my week-long stay gives me the confidence to do so. This was my first time in Kyoto, and I booked seven nights here. I was a bit nervous at first, but as soon as I arrived, all my worries disappeared. The hotel is clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The room was spacious, with a huge soft bed and a light, fluffy duvet. The small living area made it easy for us to enjoy meals in the room, and I was amazed by how spotless everything was — even the sliding door panels were dust-free. I have allergies, but I felt completely fine during my stay thanks to the thorough daily cleaning. The location is also perfect. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet just a few steps from a main road and a very convenient bus stop with frequent buses to all the major sights. Getting around Kyoto was incredibly easy. Lastly, I’m grateful to the kind staff who helped us book a taxi to Kyoto Station on our last day. Everything went smoothly and on time. This stay gave me such warm and precious memories. I highly recommend it.
